Dear Michael Dowd and Connie Barlow,
I have just learned about your "Gospel of Evolution" when a family member handed me an article entitled: "Couple brings evolution theology tour to area". (Painted Post, NY). I have also studied your website in depth: http://thankgodforevolution.com
It is not news to me that there are many people who identify themselves as Christians that believe evolution and Christianity are mutually compatible. Roman Catholicism teaches this, the religion in which you state you were raised.
I also note your lavish praise of Darwin. But I don't think many Christians who even oppose Darwin are aware of the complete original title of his book which promotes evolution which was:
Charles Darwin The Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection or The Preservation of Favored Races in the Struggle for Life, 1859
I have seen a photo of this book cover.
Therefore, I would find it unthinkable that Jesus Christ or any of OT Prophets or NT Apostles would applaud a statement like:
"The Preservation of Favored Races in the Struggle for Life"
But Hitler would and did and acted on it. This "sacred interpretation of the universe" produced the Holocaust! Neo-Nazis would and do. Apartheid proponents would.
I invite you to find one single Scripture that would defend or promote such a statement in Darwin's book title. Believing that will most certain transform "your life and world" as you state, but not for the better. Imagine what this kind of philosophy would do to a mixed marriage? This philosophy has produced racism, slavery, wars, division, and strife, not love and unity. History is our witness! So what are you saying that Jesus Christ has a common ancestor that is an ape or apelike?

Then there is another form of evolution which is social evolution which has now taken over the church which also teaches natural selection and selective breeding (spiritually speaking), and that is Rick Warren's Purpose Driven Church and Global Peace Plan. Brennan Manning quotes Matthew Fox approvingly in two of his books, Lion and Lamb (p. 135) and A Stranger to Self Hatred (pp. 113, 124). According to the Apostle John, the last statement makes Darwin an antichrist. And you are promoting him? So Darwin gives up Christianity, yet you think Darwin and Christianity are compatible. Even Darwin would disagree with you. Did you tell your Baptist audience about these beliefs of Darwin? I choose to agree with the Apostle Paul who would call your teaching "damnable heresies"! Darwin's beliefs above are fairly universally known, so I would be surprised that you would not also be aware of his views of God and Christianity.

Instead of quoting these false teachers, you should be marking them and warning us! Your belief in the “earth spirit rising” god is Gaia not the Lord God of Hosts which worships the creation vs. the creator...the very thing the Apostle Paul warned us about in the Book of Romans. God help you!
So instead of helping Christians, you are playing right into the hands a global system that will enslave Christians. What you are teaching is not The Gospel, but another gospel. So I must publicly warn you to read Galatians Chapter One to see what the Apostle Paul said and did.
So when you speak to Buddhists, do you obey the Great Commission
and tell them to repent and be saved, or do you tell them simply
how to be better Buddhists, as Mother Teresa did and some of
those who endorse you believe? Answer: you do, and in fact according
to your own testimony you have made a "Christian Buddhist"

Instead of giving people the hope of the true gospel, you rob them of it!
Your teachings and a host of your endorsers are tantamount to the magic arts spoken of in the Book of Acts whose scrolls first Christians burned in the fire. You have the opposite view of Hell as the Bible teaches, as does Darwin. I pray you won't go there, but you will if you don't repent.
One of the Ten Commandments says: “Thou shalt have no other gods before me”, that includes Buddha.
Michael Dowd:

So Islam whose eschatology will destroy all Christians and Jews is antichrist by the Apostle John's definition and is racist at the heart will be ushered into greatness?
Therefore, I am compelled to conclude that you sir are a clear and present danger to the church!
